The Smooth Operator Fist (隅に置拳, Suminioken) is a fake genjutsu used by Might Guy that revolves around using a skit. The user starts off by pulling out a huge cabinet drawer and within one drawer is a love letter that the opponent then reads and becomes intense. The user then appears dressed up as an obnoxious female school student and have two comrades also dress up as school students who back up the user. The user distracts the opponent by mocking them and sees the opportunity to strike at them, calling it a "free hit". According to Lee, this fake genjutsu is based on camouflage.
