Missing-nin (抜け忍, Nukenin) are ninja who left their home village without the intention of returning and severing ties with said village, often because they have committed criminal acts or to pursue other personal agendas.

- The most common missing-nin to appear in the spin-off are ninja from, Amegakure, Kirigakure, and Kusagakure.
