Kotetsu Hagane (はがねコテツ, Hagane Kotetsu) is a chūnin-level shinobi from Konohagakure.
Appearance[]
Kotetsu has long, spiky, black hair and dark eyes. He has a strip of bandage running across the bridge of his nose and a dark coloured marking on his chin. He wears the standard attire of a Konoha shinobi complete with a forehead protector and a flak jacket.

Kotetsu, along with Izumo Kamizuki, Aoba Yamashiro, and Genma Shiranui, arrested Guy for his criminal actions at Shimura Hot Springs.

Kotetsu, along with Izumo Kamizuki, Aoba Yamashiro, and Genma Shiranui, were given the task from Shizune to guard Guy, while he is recuperating in the hospital, from Lee, Neji, and Tenten who are trying to feed him curry. When Lee and his team attempt to break through, the four shinobi try to stop them but are overwhelmed by their assault.
