Rock Lee's Springtime of Youth Full Power Ninja Chronicles (ロック・リーの青春フルパワー忍伝, Rokku Rī no Seishun Furu-Pawā Ninden, Viz: "Rock Lee and His Ninja Pals") is a spin-off of the popular manga series, Naruto. The series chronicles the daily life and training of Konohagakure ninja Rock Lee, who can utilize taijutsu, but has no skill in ninjutsu or genjutsu. It is written and illustrated by Kenji Taira and was published in Super Strong Jump since December 3, 2010 to July 4, 2014. An anime of this series debuted April 3, 2012 and ended on March 26, 2013.

The anime shows some of the chapters of the manga and also some extras of its own in a two part episode. The anime generally remains true to the manga, usually changing only minor details or expanding on parts of the manga.
English-Language Broadcast[]
In Malaysia, Disney XD premiered episodes of Naruto SD: Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden. In the United States, Hulu and Neon Alley released English dubbed episodes of Naruto SD: Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden on March 2015. In India, Sonic Nickelodeon aired the show in the Hindi Language from Monday through Friday, with Monday and Tuesday with new episodes and the rest of the week as re-airings.
Unlike the Japanese version, some of the original voice actors and actresses did not reprise their respective roles (most noticeably is Might Guy, Team Kakashi, Orochimaru, and Kabuto).

Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden has the large, colorful cast of the Naruto series.
In the anime series, it adds some of its own characters or characters from different series, such as the Indian man from Gekikara! Curry Ouji. The characters also act out or cosplay, other characters from different series in certain situations. The characters from the Naruto series retain their personality from the original series, but also have a comedic side to them, such as Orochimaru's failed attempts to destroy Konohagakure and Rock Lee.
